Do you have it right?
A very important setting to make the best use of your Zeen is the right max seat height. If the seat is too low, you'll feel like you're dragging it; too high, it will be uncomfortable in the groin.
The optimal position is that the front edge of the seat is in contact with where your backside meets the top of your thigh. In this position, with feet directly under hips, you should feel contact between the prow of the seat and your groin, but no pressure.
